Ski Challenge 13 can be played as a single player experience but you'll definitely want to create an account to race against players online. There are leaderboards where you can keep track of your progress as well as see how your friends are doing.
Game Description
There are tons of customizations you can do to your skier, great for those who want to stand out from other Ski Challenge 13 players. You can change your skis, outfit, and gender. The flag of your country will show on the bottom right during races.While there are plenty of game modes in Ski Challenge 13 like time attack and arcade mode, they are all very similar with slightly different rules. For example, arcade mode adds some powerups and stars to collect but the controls and courses are exactly the same. It'd be nice to have some crazy arcade action like SSX.
In terms of graphics and sound, Ski Challenge 13 has nothing to write home about. The in game is generic and repetitive. There is also a ton of annoying crowd cheering, which loops every few seconds. You may as well mute the game and pick your own soundtrack. Audio doesn't provide any cues about how fast you're going or how much grip you have through a corner so you can play just as well without audio.
Ski Challenge 13 has some interesting online multiplayer elements but basic gameplay isn't rewarding enough to keep players coming back for more.
